Orders & Shipping

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in US. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, with the exception of public US holidays. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our current processing/fulfillment time is up to 5 business days.  

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 2 business days. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update. During holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers can take much longer to update with the carrier and is outside of our control.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

International destinations outside of the US are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery. For more information see below.

Some licenses restrict our ability to sell certain products to specific regions. This will not become apparent until checkout when calculating shipping options. You may receive an error message that informs you which products must be removed from your cart in order to proceed with placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Price adjustment refunds on items that have decreased in price are available if you purchased the item up to 7 days prior to the decrease in price. Please contact us for your refund. The difference in price and applicable taxes will be refunded to the original payment method.

Current average response time is 1 to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm US (Excluding Holidays).
